Aspire CCP is a one-person, client-focused employment services provider dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities in the Greater Sacramento County area achieve meaningful and sustainable careers. Our founder brings extensive experience supporting diverse populations across employment, higher education, and residential settings, including career services, student development, and inclusive program design. Leveraging expertise in person-centered strategies, we guide each client through the creation of a tailored Person-Centered Career Plan (PCCP), conduct Discovery to identify strengths and interests, and provide hands-on support to ensure success in competitive, integrated work environments.

We collaborate closely with clients, their families, and regional center coordinators to design individualized pathways aligned with each person’s goals, abilities, and preferences. Our approach emphasizes rapid engagement with employers, skill-building through real work experience, and fostering confidence for long-term job retention. Community engagement is central to our work, as we cultivate relationships with local businesses and organizations to expand inclusive employment opportunities.
