  • Working with Aspire CCP means partnering with someone who genuinely cares about each client’s journey and well-being. I take the time to listen, understand individual needs and dreams, and provide support with patience, empathy, and encouragement every step of the way. My goal is to create a trusting, positive environment where clients feel valued, empowered, and confident as they work toward meaningful employment.

  • Individuals who qualify for Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) are active regional center clients with developmental disabilities who are prepared to work toward competitive, integrated employment. CCP is specifically available to individuals who are:

    • Within two years before or two years after exiting secondary education, including high school or other school settings;

    • Exiting a work activity program; or

    • Exiting work in settings where they earned less than minimum wage.

    To begin CCP services, a Service Coordinator must submit a referral and work with the individual to confirm eligibility and develop a Person‑Centered Career Plan (PCCP) that outlines goals, strengths, barriers, and action steps.
